I was born in Iran. A beautifull country with thousands of years of history. I was born in the capital city, Tehran. Tehran is also the largest city in Iran. The population of metropolitn area of Tehran is more than 13 milion.

   In 2000, I entered University of Tehran to do my bachelors in Computer Science. It took 4 years for me to get my degree. My final project was titled "Using B-Splines in Approximation of Numerical Integrals " under the supervision of Dr. Davood Rostami.

   In 2004, I started my Masters in Software Engineering in Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Tehran. In July 2007, I defended my thesis and grnated the degree of Master of Science in Software Engineering. The title of my thesis was "A Multi-Agent Approach to Cross Language Infromation Retrieval". It was done under the supervision of Dr. Fattaneh Taghiyareh and Dr. Farhad Oroumchian.

   In January 2008, I move to Canada to pursue my educations in Ph.D. level. Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate at Department of Computer Science, University of Regina, Regina, Sk, Canada. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Samira Sadaoui.

   Beside education, I have been working in several companies and dealing with a number of projects. In 2000, me and My brother started our own company. Our activities were mostly Computer Networks. Desingning and installing LANs and WANs as well as ISPs.
   Later in 2003, I joined National Geoscience Database of Iran, NGDIR, as an IT maanger. NGDIR is responsible for providing informaion on all fields of Geology, Geography, and Mining as a web site. I completed several projects and technical reports during my one and a half year of employment there.
   In November 2004, I joined Farab Co., one of the largest companies in Iran as a software analyst and developer. During my employment period, the company was able to get EFQM certificate as the second company in Iran who could get such a certificate.
   I also have done several project as a freelancer for several companies mostly using SQL Server and .Net. Yes, you read it right, I am a Ph.D. candidate and I prefer to use .Net!!!

   I have been playing Handball for more than 16 years. Me and couple of my friends started playing Handball as a team when I was in Elementary school. During this 16 years, I have played in so many tournoments and I was member of many clubs. I was a member of Iran's National Students Handball Team in 2002 and 2003.
   After moving to Canada, I am still playing Handball. It's not so popular here in Canada though and it's called "Team Handball". I have played in Canadian National Handball Games in 2008 which was held here in Regina and in 2009 in Edmonton.
